Kunst im Knast – Brücken in die Gesellschaft

A group of 15 art pedagogy students called “kunst.voll” implemented their project in Bremen prison.

They offered recreation activities regularly for 90 detained adolescents. Artistic works handed people living on the fringe of society possibilities to freely communicate and express their hardships, hopes, visions and potentials.

Art not only made a valuable contribution to people behind the wall but also bridged the forgotten part together with the society.
